Rod Actions
Many people confuse rod action with the rods line or lure rating. Our rod action refers to the way the rod bends, not the power of the rod. We describe the rod actions as they relate to all of our rod lines, whereas other manufactures may describe the differently.
Power Ratings
Our rod power ratings are a representation of the overall strength of the rod. We describe the various power ratings as they relate to all of our rod lines whereas other manufacters may describe it differently. Our power representations relate to the amount of force or engery required to make the rod bend.
Warranty
American Eagle Rods warrants that your new rod will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for as long as you own the rod. Should a problem result due to defect or workmanship, the problem will be repaired or replaced, at the manufacturer’s sole discretion, at no charge, plus shipping and handling. Damage resulting from normal wear and tear, neglect or accident is not covered by this Limited Lifetime Warranty. However, should a problem result from normal wear and tear, neglect or accident, it may be repaired or replaced, at the anufacturer’s sole discretion, for a nominal fee, plus shipping and handling. Before any action is taken regarding this Warranty, you will be advised of the Manufacturer’s planned action by way of a detailed explanation and estimate of charges.
